I'm excited to have you here. 

I've recently re-branded myself as Fiona Brown Unlimited as there are so many aspects to my career that I felt that none of my previous logos truly described who I am and what I can do to help you. 

My mission is simple.

I want to help as many small businesses to be successful without the fear of worrying how to use Social Media. 

While my main day to day work is instructing Pilates - I have chosen to restrict that to two days a week. 

It has taken me until the year 2023 to get that balance right.

I really enjoy helping business owners and in particular self- employed Fitness Professionals to make the most of their skills. 
 
Additionally, I help Personal Trainers to expand their skillset to become more mindful.
